Gate Help Needed

Calling all Jeeps members. We need Gate help in the month of August. Mike will not be able to work the Gate on the following weekends.
If you have worked the gate before we really need you there to help those who have not.
August 7th 2010 - Supercross - will need 3 or more people on this day (2:00 PM to 9:00 PM)
August 8th 2010 - Patty Gilman Shootout - will need 3 or more people on this day (6:30 AM to Noon or 1:00 PM)
August 14th 2010 - Supercross - will need 3 or more people on this day (2:00 PM to 9:00 PM)

This is a great way to get your 4 hour mandatory stamp in 1 day. The more people who volunteer the less hours each person would need to work. Make it a family work day to get your mandatory stamp and your membership stamped up for the rest of the year. Meet the people that come in the gate and get to know the members. It's fun to see the racers come in all pumped up about racing. Come on and give "your" club a few hours of your time.

I plan on helping out at the gate on the 7th and 8th. I have spoke with Ray about this. Any headway on the other dates?

Yes, one person called to say he would help on Saturday the 7th. He will be there at 2:30. Mike will give you his name at the club meeting Friday night. Thanks for helping us we really do appreciate it.

**We do need more than 2 people at the gate for these races. If anyone else has a few hours where they can help it would be greatly appreciated. Please let us know what hours you can work.
